Pam Butterfield is the principal of our firm. Pam has 25 years of experience accelerating the performance of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in the hi-tech, financial services, healthcare, energy, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

She also has extensive experience working directly with the owners and managers of small to medium-sized privately held firms, as well as with professional service firms of many types.
